Birmingham Alteration

Altered a 2-bedroom ranch home into a 4-bedroom two-story home with a chef's kitchen.

Narrow home needed storage in dining room.  Created storage cabinet under stairs that fit with homes decor.

Master bedroom/family room addition

We created new floor plan and elevations for an existing horse barn, creating a 4-bedroom  contemporary home.  The owner wanted an Italian villa feel to the end product.

Added a new front porch to existing home to provide covered sitting area

Renovated bathroom for a Euro feel, which included new cabinetry,  hidden storage behind mirrors, shower layout, new tile design and new finishes and fixtures.

It is gratifying to return to a a previous project 15 years later and be told your decisions were solid-and then be offered a chance to take it to the next level with a full refresh on the exterior

Major interior renovation, e.g., family room, kitchen, living room, master bedroom, etc. with some exterior updates.  

Porch and den alteration including all new windows, siding and trim.

Revised a 1960's center-entry colonial into an open floor plan.  This included opening up the kitchen, addition of master suite and mudroom/laundry for a young family.

Revised layout of a 20 year old kitchen to  improve functionality.  This included moving appliances, relocating pantry entry and adding butler pantry.

Added a master suite upstairs along with a family room and a connector/bar on the main level.
