Alteration to cottage in Holland, updating and adding bedrooms. Home is in protected dunes and provided many challenges all while providing the clients  with all of their  living requirements

New construction on a corner lot in downtown South Haven.  Designed for a large family and taking full advantage of the lot.

New construction on a difficult site with a very steep drop in the rear overlooking a beautiful valley. Owners wanted a multi level usable yard and floor plan.

Creating a small addition to an existing cottage in the thumb.  It includes boat storage on lower level and a small cottage on the main level.  The building was angled in order to take advantage of best views and to block neighbor house.

Homeowner wanted a pool house for the new pool that complemented the cottage we had done for them.

Using the existing foundation, we created a new cottage on Lake Michigan with an open floor plan.  Small square footage, but can accommodate a large amount of people.

New construction on a Lake in Waterford Michigan.   Design incorporates an open floor plan with plenty of exterior living space. 

This home is just breaking ground.  It is a partial teardown of an existing ranch. We are transforming it into a French Provincial style home.  Follow the progress here.
